What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfers, and TWINT. Please note that a fee of 3.2% of the price is charged for all payment methods except bank transfers. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
How is shipping handled and how long does delivery take?
Within Switzerland, we always ship with A-Post Plus, which is usually delivered the next day. For international orders, we offer shipping, with delivery times varying depending on the location. All shipments are insured and can be tracked online.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service to arrange the return.
